The salon has two studios, one on River Road in Fair Lawn and one on Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair. Both are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 7:00pm and Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and both accept online booking. Gratuity is not included in service prices, and gift certificates, store credit, membership points and discounts cannot be applied toward a tip.

During an appointment only the client and the service provider are allowed in the treatment room. Clients under 15 may have a parent or guardian present. Upper-body waxing, facial waxing and threading are offered to all clients regardless of gender identity, while lower-body waxing is limited to clients with vaginas because of the techniques used.

Waxing is not suitable for clients taking Accutane, and it is not recommended for clients using certain skin-thinning acne treatments.

The salon presents its hard wax as a stripless option for underarm, bikini and Brazilian areas, and describes it as causing minimal pain with an ultra-smooth finish and long-lasting results.
