Face waxing covers lip, chin, side burns, nose, ear and full face; the full face service does not include brow work. Lash services center on the Korean lash lift, which lifts lashes from the root to the tip and is listed as holding a curl for about six to eight weeks. First-time lash lift clients can request a free patch test by direct message. A lash lift patch test takes about 15 minutes and is recommended at least two days before the appointment.
Booking deposits depend on the service: $5 for brow wax, brow tweeze, full face and several body waxes, $10 for brow lamination and Korean lash lift, $15 for lash lift with tint, and $20 for The Brow Bundle. Deposits are not refunded if a client cancels or does not show up on the day of a service that requires one. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients who use retinol, tretinoin, other actives, benzoyl peroxide or acne products are asked to stop them seven days before brow waxing, brow lamination or The Brow Bundle.
Patch tests are offered before lash lifts and hybrid brow stain appointments, and tweezing is suggested for clients using certain active skincare products.
