A facial begins with cleansing and exfoliation, followed by a mask. Before and after each session, a skin and scalp analysis is run on a machine with a high-resolution screen that shows the client the results. The facial menu includes an organic hydration facial, a glow facial with red LED, and a rejuvenation facial, each about an hour long.

The head spa starts with an oil-based scalp massage and continues with a vitamin treatment based on biotin. A water tunnel is used to refresh the scalp and clear blockage around the follicles. The spa states that the head spa can help relieve stress, soothe a dry or irritated scalp, and ease tension headaches. A standalone head spa runs an hour, and the combined head spa and glow facial runs an hour and a half.

Massage packages run two hours and are booked by request. Each includes an upper body and neck massage alongside an organic facial, a head spa, or both, and a couples version is offered. A Signature Foot Massage can be added to services.

Appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price of the booked service, and future bookings are not accepted until payment is received for a missed session. First-time clients complete an intake form before their visit. Guests are asked to arrive with dry hair and clean, makeup-free skin, and pregnant or breastfeeding clients should tell staff so products can be adjusted. Digital eGift cards can be used toward any service and expire 12 months after purchase.
