Treatments are approached from a clinical angle and paired with relaxing touch. Clients can have a custom skincare plan built around their needs, which can be supported with tailored Circadia homecare. Circadia products can also be bought online through a Circadia retailer page.

The menu covers facials with a range of lengths and focuses, including a Hydra-Glowfacial that combines wet microdermabrasion, oxygen serum infusion and cold therapy, a Faux Tox Firming Facial that pairs dermaplaning with peptide and spirulina masks, and a Gentlemen's Facial designed for men's skincare. There are also a Pregnancy Wellness Facial using products selected for pregnancy, a 30-minute No Peel Peel lunch-time gel peel, chemical peels that require a consultation, body treatments such as the SereniSculpt Body Treatment and Botanical Back Therapy, and a set of quick add-ons that can be combined with most services.

Booking policies are set out for clients to review before visiting. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged 100%. Appointments outside regular hours include a $20 after-hours fee.
