The waxing menu runs from small grooming passes, such as the ears, nose or upper lip, up to full arm, back and leg sessions. Services are chosen based on anatomy rather than gender identity.

Facials are customized to each client. The Go and Glow Custom Facial starts at $80 and runs about 50 minutes, while the Golden Hour Custom Facial starts at $110 and runs about 80 minutes. A Bushbalm hydrogel sheet mask is available after waxing for $10. The Brow Makeover combines brow mapping, lamination, waxing and an optional tint for $80, and the Lash Lift curls natural lashes from the root for $75, with an optional lash tint on request.

Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 8 AM to 3 PM, Friday 11 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 1 PM, with the studio closed on Sunday and Monday. Hours may shift based on appointments. Clients have a 7-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that, the visit is treated as a no call/no show. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment, and no call/no show visits, are charged 50% of the original service price. Booking means accepting these terms. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
