Services are organized by extension style. Full sets for classic extensions take about two hours, while volume and mega volume full sets take about three hours each and volume mix full sets take about two and a half hours. Fills and touch-ups are offered in timed versions and in three- and four-week touch-up intervals, depending on the style.

Bottom lashes take about an hour and removal takes about thirty minutes. Appointments are booked online through Full Slate, and clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to postpone or reschedule.

The studio describes its lash stylists as expert technicians. It also gives clients aftercare guidance: use an oil-free cleanser, comb lashes daily, apply sealant daily, avoid oil-based products near the lashes, and refrain from rubbing eyes, pulling lashes or sleeping face-down.
