Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for three days after the appointment against chips or lifting, with a free repair when the client calls to book. Breakage, tears and corner breaks reported after three days are charged, as is damage caused by the client. Clients who are unhappy should say so before paying, and the salon will adjust the nails or remove enhancements. Dissatisfaction reported right after a service is redone at no cost. Cash refunds are not given after service is performed or once a client has left. Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and treated as cash, and expired certificates cannot be redeemed. Cash, card and reward cards are accepted.
