Manicures and pedicures are offered in tiers. A classic pedicure and a spa pedicure sit at the simpler end. The deluxe pedicure with Voesh and the premium pedicure with collagen both include free paraffin, and the deluxe-plus pedicure offers a choice of scents, including Lavender & Lace, Sweet Orange, Crystal Waters, No.5 Perfume, Lemon Splash and Luxury Pearl. Gel polish can be added to most services, and manicure and pedicure combinations are priced together.

Artificial nails come as full sets or fill-ins in gel X, builder gel, T.A.P. and BIAB, as well as pink and white, ombre, white tips and gel polish. Dipping powder is offered in color, French, ombre and full-set versions, and soak-off and removal are available. Smaller services include length and shape changes, nail repair, cut downs, nail design and multiple colors.

Waxing covers the lip, chin, eyebrows, sideburns, underarms, full arms, whole face and several combinations. Children under 9 can book manicures, pedicures and packages with regular polish, and kids' polish changes and nail designs are also offered.

Coverage on sculpted enhancements and gel polish manicures runs for three business days from the appointment date, and breakages fall outside it. Fixes requested after that period, along with repairs for breakages, tears or corner breaks, are charged at $5 each. Standard polish services carry no coverage. If a client is unhappy right after leaving the chair, the work is redone free of charge. Scratched or misshapen nails are corrected at no cost when the salon is notified within 24 hours. Once a service has been performed, the salon does not issue refunds.

Clients are asked to arrive on time, as there is a 10-minute grace period after which the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Online bookings are not confirmed until a confirmation text arrives, so clients booking within 4 hours should call. The salon is open Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The salon follows trends but customizes each look to the individual client, from minimalist designs to bold statement nails.
