A Botox consultation takes about 30 minutes, including any injections given that day. Before Botox, clients are asked to avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, and vitamin E for 48 hours and alcohol for at least 24 hours, and to arrive with clean, makeup-free skin without lotions.

Membership plans cover monthly intramuscular injections, IV drips, and neurotoxin treatments, and members receive priority booking and loyalty rewards. The spa does not accept insurance, but it takes HSA and FSA funds, CareCredit, credit and debit cards, and cash, and it offers a payment plan through Cherry.
