A visit begins with a brief consultation to review wellness goals and medical history before a drip is chosen, and clients complete a health intake after confirming their appointment. Each mobile visit is one client or a small group with one nurse, who stays for the full session, which typically runs about 45 to 60 minutes. Every client is screened before any infusion, and if IV therapy is not appropriate that day, the visit does not go ahead. New, sterile, single-use equipment is used for every IV start, and client health information is handled under HIPAA.

The menu is organized into drips for beauty and anti-aging, energy and performance, mental wellness, foundational health, immune and healing, recovery and relief, women's health and fasting. Custom drips are available on request, and a custom design is built with the clinical team around a client's goals and symptoms. Most infusions are 1000 ml bags unless clinically contraindicated. Niagen is offered at 250 mg, 500 mg and 1000 mg, with sessions typically running 30 to 45 minutes, while the traditional NAD+ Restore infusion runs two to four hours.

Corporate programs bring IV hydration to New Jersey offices and company events, starting at $140 per person based on headcount. Options include a pop-up IV lounge for teams of five or more, event and off-site hydration stations, an on-demand executive program, a recurring program requiring at least four wellness days within 12 months, and a free employee perk program in which employees receive 15% off in-home therapy. Corporate discounts are 20% for 5 to 14 participants, 25% for 15 to 29 and 30% for 30 or more, and Niagen is priced separately.

Bookings are made online, by phone at 1(732)498-1136 or by text, with same-day appointments available seven days a week. Listed hours are 8am to 8pm, and after-hours bookings are taken by call or text. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Payment is accepted by card, Venmo, Zelle and cash, and itemized receipts can be submitted to an HSA or FSA, though eligibility depends on the client's plan administrator. The business does not accept insurance and has no membership or facility fee.

Physician-guided and evidence-based, with every infusion given by a licensed registered nurse under standing orders from the Medical Director, and a focus on a calm, personal experience.

Visits take place in the client's own home, office or hotel room rather than a fixed studio.
