A visit usually starts with a complimentary consultation before any treatment, and pricing quoted there is honored for 14 days; updated pricing can be given on request at no charge. Topical numbing cream is used for some procedures, including Morpheus8, and some dermal fillers contain lidocaine. Botox and Dysport sessions take about 10 to 15 minutes. Results begin in 3 to 5 days, reach full effect by 10 to 14 days and typically last 3 to 4 months. The practice advises against exercise for the rest of that day and against lying down for 4 to 6 hours afterward.

Payment is due at the time of service. The practice accepts credit cards, cash and Venmo, with a 3% surcharge on credit card payments; Zelle, cash, check and debit card avoid the surcharge. Financing is available through CareCredit, Cherry Payment Plans and Allē payment plans, and the practice takes part in the Allē loyalty rewards program from Allergan Aesthetics. A card must be on file to book, and a $100 non-refundable fee applies to no-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. The practice does not accept insurance, and pre-paid services, packages and filler or Botox units expire one year from purchase.
