Aperson nail studio

Aperson Nail Studio is located in Suite 766 at Serramonte Center in Daly City, and is open daily from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The studio's services center on gel nails, from removing old gel and applying a gel manicure set to building or extending nails in hard gel or GelX, with nail design available as an add-on.

The studio's nail artist, Tina Tao-Pro, focuses on Asian-style nail art, including Japanese, Korean and Chinese designs, and on correcting deformed nails such as meat-bun, eagle-claw and upturned nails. Junior Tech Yuki also works at the studio and handles gel removal, gel manicures, hard gel and pedicures.

Appointment details such as the door code are sent by message or email. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead avoids a late cancellation fee; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the full price of the service. Booking authorizes the studio to enforce this policy.

Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, which requires approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount. They are final sale, non-refundable, hold no cash value, and can be transferred to another person.

Pedicures carry an extra fee when there is an excessive amount of dead skin, and foot baths are not offered to clients with serious gray nail or fungal infections.

The studio pairs nail art skill with careful technique on everything from simple gel removal to structural hard gel work, and a junior technician keeps appointments unhurried while learning.
