Hours run Monday through Friday and vary by day: mornings on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, a morning and late-afternoon split on Tuesday, and a later Friday schedule. The studio is closed on weekends.

Services cover haircuts, color, highlights, glosses, treatments, blowouts and consultations. A 30-minute complimentary consultation is listed at no charge. Prices are published as starting points, and length and thickness can add to the cost. Each additional color is $35 for select color and highlight services and $25 for extra fantasy colors. Pricing may change without notice.

A card on file is required to book. Appointments need confirmation 24 to 48 hours ahead, and unconfirmed bookings may be forfeited. Changes need 24 hours' notice, while later changes or no-shows can be charged part or all of the service cost. Services carry a 7-day warranty with adjustment visits at no additional charge. Refunds are not given for services, but unused products in original condition may be exchanged within 14 days under a satisfaction guarantee.
