The first step is usually a free consultation of about 15 minutes, which a physician or an aesthetician conducts depending on the treatment. Consultations are required before laser hair removal, Ultherapy, Excel V, TruSculpt iD and TruSculpt Flex. Based on that conversation, the team builds a treatment plan that can mix spa treatments with medical services.

Spa treatments are carried out by trained aestheticians, while medical procedures are performed by trained clinicians in a clean, sanitary setting. Offerings include the Deluxe Hydrafacial, a session covering cleansing, extractions, hydration, boosters and light energy; Oxygen Infusion Facial; microneedling; Pico Genesis; and the body contouring treatments TruSculpt iD and TruSculpt Flex, which the business says involve no downtime.

Booking requires a credit or debit card on file. The card is charged $100 for no-shows and for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, and Ultherapy bookings carry a cancellation charge. Insurance is not accepted, because insurers do not cover cosmetic or aesthetic treatments. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup for facial treatments and to disclose medications, including Retin-A. Hours vary by day: Monday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and every other Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The studio is closed Sunday and Wednesday.

Each client receives a personal approach, with a treatment plan assembled from a blend of spa treatments and medical services. According to the salon, its aim is to help clients feel more self-assured and well overall, using advanced techniques and care fitted to the individual.
