Hair services cover precision and designer cuts, short styles, root touch-ups, partial and whole-head color, highlights and lowlights, and both virgin and touch-up relaxers. Natural hair work includes finger coils, flat twists, twist-outs, wash and go styles and big chops after a consultation. Braids and dreads are offered, and clients are asked to call for details. Barber services include precision cuts, beard trims, line ups, neck tapers and hot shaves.

Extensions and wigs are a large part of the menu. Every extension service requires a consultation before booking, and weave and extension services take a deposit to hold the appointment. Additional hair for extensions is not supplied unless arranged in advance. Human-hair installments generally last two to three months and can be shampooed and styled as usual, with maintenance recommended every six to eight weeks. Installation is listed at $300 to $350 before the cost of hair. Removal is done in a way the salon describes as non-damaging and includes a shampoo. Wigs, frontals and closures are handled through drop-off and pickup for system services.

The trichology side focuses on scalp and hair loss. New clients can book a two-to-three-hour Treat and Style visit that includes a consultation, scalp detox, ozone hydration, vitamin infusion, a trim and a style. A Hair Recovery Program offers a first visit and monthly return visits with a custom plan. Longer consultations include a digital tricoscopic examination with a written report and progress photos, and the luxe option adds a review of medical history and labs with follow-up visits. Hair loss consultations and treatments take place in private treatment rooms, and clients who live far away or cannot come in can book virtual consultations.

Booking is handled online at any hour through a real-time calendar. Barber clients are asked to arrive about five minutes early, and clients with twists, coils or braids are asked to remove them before a trichology session, as extra time for knots or matting adds a fee. The salon also sells TRU-Balance hair care products, which are described as made with plant-based ingredients, for in-salon pickup or shipping.

Scalp and hair loss care begins with a consultation and a custom plan, and extensions, big chops and most scalp treatments are booked only after that first visit.
