The menu is organized into four groups: women's hair services such as balayage, ombre, highlighting, color and cuts; men's grooming, with haircuts, beard work and a traditional straight razor shave; children's haircuts and styling for kids under 12; and Middle Eastern threading for brows, upper lip, chin and full face. Semi-permanent color is done with Redken Shades EQ.

Every hair design service begins with a consultation and includes a deep scalp massage, along with product and tool suggestions and advice on care at home. Service prices are not published on the site, so clients are asked to contact the salon for pricing.

The salon runs a referral program: women who refer a friend for a haircut and color receive $25 off their next service, men who refer a client receive $10 off, and referring a friend in general gives $10 off a next visit. College students get an additional $5 off their total. Gift cards are sold in $25, $50 and $100 amounts and can be picked up in the salon.
