Facials are the core of the menu. Options include a 30-minute glow with oxygen, several 50 to 70 minute facials built around LED light, a teen facial, a rosacea facial designed for sensitive skin, and an anti-aging facial with oxygen that takes 60 minutes and has no downtime. The Skin Edit runs about 90 minutes and includes one advanced technology chosen for the client's skin concerns. Microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, and BioRePeel, a 30% TCA chemical peel lasting 30 minutes, are also offered. BioRePeel is not used for clients who are pregnant or nursing, use retinoids, have open wounds, or have recently used Accutane.

Waxing uses the LYCON system, which the spa describes as made with resins, pure beeswax, aromatherapy and natural plant oils. Hair needs to be two to three weeks old or at least a quarter inch long. Waxing is offered for the face, brows, torso, arms, legs, and bikini areas, and men can't book facial hair waxing or Brazilian, bikini, or buttock waxing. Credit card prices for waxing are shown in parentheses and are higher than the listed prices.

Clients can buy packages for facials, BioRePeel, microcurrent and LED sessions. Facial packages come with 10% off a set of three or 15% off a set of five. Each package cannot be handed to another person, carries no refund option, and expires one year after the date of purchase. Individual appointments, group appointments and packages can all be booked online.

Booking and policies: clients are asked to arrive five minutes early and complete any forms, and new clients must sign required forms. Appointments are held for up to 10 minutes past the start time. Cancellations or rescheduling need 24 hours' notice. A fee of 50% of the booked services applies to cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows, and repeated no-shows or late cancellations can prevent future bookings. The spa accepts cash, credit and debit cards, and select mobile payments, but not checks, health insurance, or third-party vouchers. Services, retail products, and gift cards are final sale, and gift cards are sold only in person or by phone.

The spa uses luxury, cruelty-free, natural and botanical products and adds technologies such as LED, oxygen, and microcurrent to treatments, selecting options according to the skin concern being addressed.
