Locs are a major part of the menu. There is a consultation for people starting microlocs or traditional locs, starter locs using coils or two-strand twists, and retwists with or without styling. Wick locs can be retightened, microlocs can be retied, and full-head microlocs are done with the two-strand twist method. Interlocking microlocs, sometimes called instant locs, are also offered. Loc maintenance is an add-on to a loc appointment rather than a booking on its own, and its price depends on how much maintenance is needed and whether hair or extensions are added.

Sew-in and weave options include partial and full quickweaves, sew-ins with a leave-out, full sew-ins, and sew-ins with a closure (no frontal). A consultation is advised before a full sew-in when hair is past the shoulders, has locs, or is very soft, fine or short. Crochet braids and strand twists or twist-outs are also available. Wand curls or crimps on a closure sew-in add $50.

Booking deposits range from $35 to $300 depending on the service. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment.
