Most clients begin with a consultation. The $75 consult is credited toward a new install, and a $45 transfer consult, in person or virtual, is available for people moving over from another loctician. The Rooted Experience is a $75 consult that looks at loc size, scalp, and density, then sets out an install and maintenance plan.

The Sprout Experience starts at $1,000 for microlock installation, priced by length and provider, and includes a free 3-week follow-up, Loc Academy access, and starter shampoo. The Golden Bloom Experience starts at $1,500 for Sisterlocks, covers the first 5 inches with each extra inch at $150, and includes an in-person consult, a free 3-week follow-up, and a retightening schedule. The Flourish Experience starts at $3,000 and includes microlock extension installation with 6-inch hair, a free 3-week follow-up, and a maintenance plan. Retightening for existing locs starts at $165.

Booking requires a $35 deposit paid through the online booking page. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged 40% of the appointment fee. Arriving 15 minutes late adds a $15 fee for each 15-minute block, and arriving 30 minutes or more late counts as a cancellation. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The studio also offers education. Loc Academy's online self-paced Sisterlocks and Microlocks course is listed as coming soon with a waitlist, while small hands-on live classes run in Atlanta. Clients who care for their locs at home receive Loc Academy guidance with their install.
