Bookings are made online through its GlossGenius page, and the studio is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 3 PM.
The menu is organized into nails, nail art, pedicures, removal, and waxing. Manicures include a gel manicure with nail shaping, cuticle care, and a cuticle oil finish, along with acrylic and gel extensions in custom lengths and shapes. Refills keep an existing set in shape, and the studio offers builder gel for rebalancing a set, with reshaping and one gel color included.
Pedicures make up a large part of the menu, with a range of spa options. The classic pedicure covers shaping, cuticle care, light callus care, and massage. Deluxe adds callus removal, a sea salt scrub, and a foot mask. The collagen, herbal, citrus, elite, and aroma versions each build on a particular soak or blend, with exfoliation, masks, paraffin, hot stones, or extended massage depending on the package. The Princess Spa Pedicure is the longest option at two hours and combines a choice of citrus, elite, or aroma pedicure with steam, candle massage, a neck and shoulder warmer, an arm and shoulder massage, and gel polish.
Nail art can be simple, such as French tips or a few designed nails, or fully custom. Custom work starts from a photo the client brings in as inspiration, and the price and time depend on how complex the design is. Nail art, French tips, repairs, and major shape changes are charged as extras on refills and full sets.
The studio also offers waxing for eyebrows, which includes light trimming, and full face waxing to remove unwanted facial hair. Gift cards are available in set amounts of $50, $75, $100, or $200, or in a custom amount, and can be sent right away or scheduled for a later delivery date. Gift card sales are final. Clients can cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice; no-shows and late cancellations are charged 20% of the scheduled service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Pedicures are built as layered spa treatments, with each package combining soaks, exfoliation, masks, and massage, while nail art and refill extras are priced separately.
