Skin services go beyond facials. Microneedling is offered at $200 per session, with three to six sessions recommended for best results; appointments take about 45 minutes and numbing cream is used. Clients who use prescribed creams such as retinols or tretinoin must stop them about a week before treatment, and anyone who has taken Accutane must be off it for at least six months. Micro peels, skin renewal peels, RF microneedling, fibroblast plasma and plasma facials are also offered, and PDRN, exosome, glutathione and permanent moisturizer add-ons are $50 each with skincare treatments.

Laser hair removal uses a diode laser with 755nm, 808nm and 1064nm settings, and the studio describes these lasers as its newest and most effective option. Treatments are priced by area, from $80 for a lower stomach to $200 for full arms, full legs, full chest and stomach, or a trail; a full back is offered with no price listed. Most clients need three to five sessions spaced four weeks apart to remove about 99% of hair, and the studio does not guarantee permanent removal, so maintenance may be needed later. Clients must shave the area beforehand, avoid waxing or plucking for at least four weeks, and avoid tanned or spray-tanned skin and tattoos.

Lash services include classic, hybrid/volume, mega and wet/spiked extension sets, priced from $150 to $220, with fills from $90 to $110. An initial set takes about one and a half to two hours, and fills take about an hour; sets are described as lasting about five weeks, with fills recommended every two to three weeks. Lash lifts, lash tints and a combined lift and tint are also available. Extensions use hypoallergenic, formaldehyde-free products that the studio describes as cruelty-free and vegan, and clients are asked to skip mascara on extended lashes and use an oil-free remover.

Annie also develops the Hex Beauty Lab skincare line, launched in 2020 after nearly two years of formula work with a chemist. The studio runs a six-month business mentorship for aestheticians, with one hour of weekly meetings by phone or in person, and two-day certification courses in eyelash extensions and microneedling at $2,000 each.

The studio describes its skincare approach as results driven, with every facial customized to the client's skin concern. Treatments are chosen after a conversation about what the client would like to change about their skin.
