Color is the main focus. Options range from a base retouch on new growth, generally up to eight weeks, to a base refresh that reaches from midshaft to the ends for depth or tonal correction. A demi-permanent acidic gloss and a short finish service are also available after color. The salon has a Malibu C color remover that is ammonia-free and bleach-free.
Haircuts are offered for women, girls under 18, men and boys under 18. A women's cut is a personalized precision cut, while the girls' cut is a precision cut for younger clients. Smoothing includes a full amino acid-based Brazilian Blowout and a shorter express version. Perms, everyday styling with blow-dry and iron or curl work, and special-occasion updos or long-lasting down styles for events are also offered. Brow, lip and combined brow and lip waxing round out the menu.
Clients bring photos, their tools and a list of hair care and services from the past six months. Booking is done through the salon's GlossGenius page. Some services require a deposit for new clients, and cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment are charged the full amount.
