Both have free parking at the door, are open daily from 9am to 8pm, and have staff who speak English and Russian.

Every service is booked by appointment. Walk-ins are arranged by calling ahead, and staff will try to find a slot, often the same day. Estheticians come in for booked clients, so the door may be locked between appointments, and it is worth calling before arriving. Reservations are held with a credit card, and a deposit of $10, $20 or $150 is charged depending on the service. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and no-shows are charged half the booked price. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Facial visits open with a consultation so the esthetician can assess the skin and suggest a treatment, with skincare recommendations included. The acne treatment combines a consultation, European touch techniques, a proprietary deep cleansing and peel method, and light therapy. The spa says it has treated acne for 1,500 clients, and notes that mild peeling, itching, redness or irritation can occur and usually settles within a few days. Microneedling is offered for texture, pores and post-acne marks. Waxing uses organic sugar paste on smaller areas and aloe vera wax on larger ones.

A free 15-minute permanent makeup consultation is offered at both locations, and clients booking the free eyeliner consultation must be 18 or older or have parental consent.

The annual membership pass costs $99 for one year and gives member rates on every service, priority booking for high-demand appointments, and invitations to two private member events a year with gifts and beauty workshops. It covers a spouse and children over 18, but not friends.

Treatments are personalized to each client's skin type and condition, and the spa includes skincare recommendations and clear pricing. Massage is adjusted to the client's goals and pressure.
