The color menu runs from quick services to larger projects. Toner-only visits refresh faded color, cancel or enhance tones, and include a blowdry, and a toner can also be added to a haircut or treatment. Root touch-ups apply one solid shade for grey coverage; when regrowth passes two inches, the studio asks clients to book an all-over color instead. All-over color is a single natural shade from root to ends and is not offered for silver, platinum or fashion shades. Partial custom coloring covers the crown, face frame and partial highlights or balayage, while full custom coloring adds ombre, babylights and a root shadow for a softer, lived-in look. Ombre on virgin hair may take several sessions.

Bleach-out, or global lightening, is for clients with two inches or more of natural root and gives maximum lift, with bonder included. Because it is a major service, a consultation is required before booking, held by text or email with photos. Color correction is also offered, with pricing set by the work needed.

Booking is handled in advance. New clients pay a $50 deposit that is applied to the service. Bleach-out appointments need a $50 deposit within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations need at least 72 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged the full service price. Rescheduling inside 72 hours forfeits the deposit and carries another $50 rebooking fee. Before the first visit, clients send two or three inspiration photos, a photo of their current hair and a record of color or chemical treatments from the past three years.

Each appointment starts with a review of inspiration photos, current hair and recent color or chemical history, so the plan fits the hair's condition before any service is booked.
