The salon operates under a professional cosmetology license and describes its hair services as premium and personalized. Its work is built around a one-on-one experience rather than a high-volume schedule.

Every visit begins with a personal consultation. From there the stylist sets out a customized service plan and gives guidance on caring for the hair and styling it at home. Complex color and extension services may need a consultation and a current photo of the hair, and clients can attach up to three current hair photos to an appointment request.

The menu covers haircuts from $20 for a bang trim and $30 for a hair trim or kid's cut, $35 for a men's haircut and $50 for a women's cut, which includes a shampoo wash and blow-dry. Adding long hair to a women's cut costs $20 more. Blow-dries run $40 for short hair, $50 for medium and $60 for long, each with a shampoo wash, and shampoo only is $20. Cocktail updos are priced from $70 to $150 and bridal updos from $150 to $250.

Color services range from toner or gloss at $50 to $100 to single and double process color, highlights, balayage from $300 and Airtouch from $350, with toner and a blow-dry included in balayage and Airtouch. Extra-long hair adds $20 to several color services. Permanent waves start at $70.

Extension work is handled as labor only, so clients buy their own extension hair; the listed prices do not include it. Services include K-Tip installation, encapsulation and removal, tape-in installation, removal and cleanup with retape, and weft installation in one, two or three rows. Appointment requests are reviewed personally and confirmed by SMS or email.
