Ann's Spa is located on East Franklin Boulevard in Gastonia, in a facility of about 4,300 square feet. In early 2015 the spa renovated that space next door to its existing location and opened it under the Ann's Spa name.

The layout centers on nail and foot work, with 18 nail stations, 29 pedicure baths and three smaller pedicure bowls set aside for younger guests. Three waxing stations sit in private rooms, alongside a separate private room for intimate waxing. There is also a lash extension room, a massage therapy room, three large drying stations and a wine and polish bar.

Services include acrylic, gel, builder gel, SNS and solar nails, along with manicures and pedicures that offer spa add-ons such as scrubs, masks and mineral baths. The menu also covers waxing for many face and body areas, several facials, foot and neck-and-shoulder massage, eyelash extensions and eyebrow tinting, and a kid's menu. Spa packages bundle several of these together, including one designed for couples.

The private party room was created by remodeling the former Ann's Nails space and can hold up to 50 people. Party guests can book pedicures, manicures, facials, massage, lash extensions and brow tinting, and wine, mimosas and champagne are available. Party room reservations are made by calling (704) 869-0073.

The spa is open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 7pm and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm.

The spa describes its goal as pampering and relaxation, with pedicures and manicures built around baths, scrubs, masks and massage.
