Hair treatments include the Olaplex Quick Treatment and the Japanese Milbon Treatment, which is aimed at dry ends, color longevity and smoothness. Treatment-only visits and head spa-only visits carry an extra $20 for shampoo and blow dry. Touch Ups for long or thick hair may carry an extra product fee of $20 or more, and adult pricing applies to children's cuts for clients with thick or high-volume hair.

The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on Wednesdays. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of an appointment are charged half the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten some services, and arriving more than 30 minutes late may mean the service cannot be done. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
