The studio describes itself as a premium braiding studio focused on protective styles.

The studio's guiding idea is that protective styling should keep natural hair healthy, so hair health comes first at every step. Each visit moves through assessment, preparation, installation and aftercare guidance. Style length, weight and duration are planned around what a client's hair can comfortably support, and tension is checked throughout the install.

Clients are seen one at a time, and appointments are never double-booked, so the studio stays calm and unhurried. Most styles take about three to four hours, and two stylists sometimes work on one head to keep install times consistent across styles. Clients arrive with clean, fully dried, detangled hair unless the service includes a wash, and they bring their own extensions when required. Clients travel to the studio from Bowie, Greenbelt, Largo, Landover, Bladensburg, Hyattsville, New Carrollton, Glenn Dale, Mitchellville and nearby neighborhoods.

Protective styles are planned around what the client's hair can comfortably carry, with hair health put first and tension checked during the install.
