Extension clients choose from four full-set styles: Natural/Classic, Hybrid, Signature Volume and Mega Volume. The Natural/Classic set is described as a demi set and is suggested for people having their first extensions. Hybrid mixes natural and volume styles for a thicker, denser look than natural lashes. Signature Volume gives medium fullness and length, and Mega Volume uses high-impact, handcrafted fans for a fuller result. All sets use premium faux mink extensions.

Fills and refills are priced by timing. Minirefills cover one to six days, one-week refills cover one to nine days, two-week refills cover ten to sixteen days and three-week refills cover seventeen to twenty-five days. Foreign refills are offered for clients whose lashes were done elsewhere, and refills after the third week are priced an extra $10 to $20 depending on the labor needed. Fill pricing is based on the most recent paid visit, and a fill requires that at least 40% of lashes remain. Changes or upgrades during a fill raise the price.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers a keratin-based lash lift and tint, which lifts and curls natural lashes and lasts about four to six weeks, and professional lash removal. Brow services are offered to complement lash work and include waxing, tinting, a combined wax and tint, and brow lamination with tint, which smooths brow hair and sets it upward in about an hour. Brow waxing results are described as lasting about three to six weeks.

Booking requires a $35 deposit for all extension appointments, including fills, which is deducted from the total. The remaining balance is paid at the salon at the end of the visit. Clients who reschedule up to two hours ahead do not pay a cancellation fee, while cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit. Changes can be made by text or phone between 10 am and 7 pm. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled and charged full price, and arriving 20 to 30 minutes late is treated as a no-show. The studio offers a free spot test for lash glue sensitivity and a free lash removal if an allergic reaction occurs. Concerns reported within three days are fixed at no additional charge.

The studio uses a latex-free, formaldehyde-free adhesive made for use near the eye, applied to the lash hairs rather than the skin, and it aftercare guidance is included with each visit.
