Services are grouped into lashes, lip blushing, permanent brows, ombre brows and makeup. Lash options range from a one-hour mini fill to lash extensions and a lash removal with a new set, with fills at several intervals in between. Brow work includes touch-ups timed to 4-8 weeks or 1-2 years since a previous session, brow corrections, and ombre brows, with a separate brow session touch-up also offered. Makeup is a full face glam, which is a complete makeup application.

Clients book through the website. Payments are non-refundable, and appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. The first reschedule has no fee, while a second adds $50 due at booking, and same-day changes cost $50 more. Ombre brow bookings need a $100 deposit at booking. Arriving 15 minutes late costs $15 upfront, and arriving 20 minutes late cancels the appointment. Clients are asked not to arrive more than 10 minutes early, and extra people are not permitted at appointments.

Payment can be made through Cash App, PayPal, Zelle or a credit card on the website. Cash is accepted only as a tip, and PayPal and credit card payments carry a $5 fee.
