Visits begin with an in-depth consultation, after which the team builds a treatment plan around the client's skin. Treatments are designed to include a sensory experience, with scent, music and massage techniques part of the session.

The menu runs from maintenance and hydrating facials, through exfoliating, peeling, light and needling facials, to laser services for discoloration, acne-prone skin, unwanted hair and tattoos. Injectables, including Botox, Xeomin, Daxxify and dermal fillers, are offered with nurse injector Tahjeira (tahji).

Some services need preparation. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, product-free skin. Before a chemical peel, clients stop retinol, exfoliants and acids five to seven days ahead and avoid sun exposure, and chemical peels involve about 10 days of downtime with peeling starting three to five days after treatment. Before laser hair removal, the treatment area is shaved 24 hours in advance and waxing, tweezing and depilatory creams are avoided.
