Angelic Beauty started in 2016 as Angelic Lashes in Fairfax, Virginia, and the business states it was Virginia's first lash specialty studio when it opened. The Angelic Beauty Academy is a mentorship path for artists that runs from classic foundations to advanced work and includes Japanese LED and Korean ECO system training. The ECO Korean lash lift certification is available online, online with a pro kit, or as private one-to-one training in the studio. The ECO certificate documents product training and is not a state license. In Virginia, lash lifts must be performed by a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician.
