Looks aim to balance timeless elegance with current trends, from soft blush bridal makeup to smoky, dramatic eyes. For weddings the team describes its style as rooted in traditional design and shaped by modern trends, and it approaches each job as a fresh canvas rather than only applying makeup and styling hair. Artists are trained individually and on an ongoing basis by Angela Tam. The team says there is no style or quality difference between its artists, and the look is adjusted to each client's request.

Booking starts with a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit, which holds the date once both are received. Weddings and events are usually reserved nine to twelve months ahead, and preview sessions are usually booked two to three months before the event. About four to five weeks out, the team confirms the final headcount and any added services, then sends a glam timeline. On the day, clients and their party should be on location 45 to 60 minutes before their glam time, with clean, fully dry hair and a clean face; reference photos help. The team recommends a touchup session for brides so makeup and hair can be refreshed before the ceremony or reception. After booking, couples are introduced to their planner, photographer and other vendors.

Services cover Hindu, Sikh and other ceremonies, with multi-day packages for mehndi parties, sangeets and the wedding day, daytime and evening bridal looks, and a separate reception look. Henna mehndi is also offered, including henna tattoos, bride henna and sangeet mehndi ceremonies. Other work includes LGBT weddings for a minimum of two brides, quinceaneras, pageants, bridal showers and bachelorette parties, baby showers, corporate and red carpet events, commercials and photo shoots. Services are offered in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hindi.
