Color is the main focus. Services range from root refreshes and gloss refreshes to all-over color and custom color in mini, partial and full sizes. Custom color can be lightened or colored around the face frame, crown and hairline, with a root melt where needed. Traditional highlights use to-the-scalp foils in three sizes, and toner is available for them at an extra charge if needed. Color services are held for the time chosen at booking. If extra time or product is needed because of length, density, color history or complexity, a charge may apply, and it is discussed before the service goes ahead. Major changes, corrections and removal of previous color begin with a 20-minute consultation, and the price for that depends on the work.
The salon also offers cuts and styling. An express haircut is a dry cut for keeping existing length and shape, so hair should arrive clean, completely dry and free of heavy product, and it does not include shampoo or a blowout. Larger length changes, added layering and restyles call for a Signature Haircut. A haircut and blowout includes a consultation, shampoo, scalp massage and styling. Haircut and blowout appointments that run long may incur $15 for each additional 15 minutes.
Policies cover timing and changes. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice, and changes made inside that window may be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows may be charged the full total and may be asked to prepay for future bookings. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and a visit that starts more than 15 minutes late may be shortened, rescheduled or treated as a late cancellation with a fee. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
