The space is calm and low-noise, with free parking directly in front of the salon. Wheelchair-accessible parking, entrance and restroom are available, and the salon is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcomes all guests. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, and calling ahead checks availability. Appointments can be booked online or by phone and are recommended for evenings, weekends and spa services. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday 9 AM to 6:30 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM, closed Mondays.

Manicures include classic, French, gel, nail art, men's, kids' and polish change options, and classic and gel manicures include a hand massage with lotion. Pedicures include a warm soak, nail shaping, cuticle care, callus smoothing, and foot and calf massage, with a disposable spa liner in every chair. The organic pedicure uses paraben-free organic ingredients, and the paraffin, herbal and hot stone pedicures can take a gel add-on. Spa options include a standalone hand and foot massage and a classic manicure and pedicure combination.

Nail enhancements include acrylic, dip powder, Gel X, hard gel, hybrid gel, liquid gel and sculpted extensions, along with nail repair for broken, cracked or lifted nails. A single-nail repair takes about 15 to 20 minutes and does not require a full appointment. Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, face, underarms, legs and body, using fresh wax with a clean applicator each time, hard wax for sensitive areas, and a skin check beforehand with soothing aftercare. Lash tinting, eyebrow tinting and a combined waxing and tinting service are also available.

Tools are sanitized and autoclaved between every guest, and single-use files, buffers and liners are used. Technicians are described as trained in classic and modern nail techniques and in every enhancement system the salon offers, and the salon says its team keeps training on new techniques, products and nail health practices. The salon also built KaloDesk, salon management software that it offers to other salon owners, and gift cards are available.

Hygiene comes first, with tools autoclaved between clients and single-use liners, files and buffers. Nail enhancement technicians recommend the system they consider suitable for a client's natural nails, including a less costly option when it fits.
