The menu covers small areas such as lip, nostril, toe and underarm waxes, along with larger areas like the full arm, full back, full leg and full face. Brazilian waxing is priced in two tiers. Clients who had a Brazilian wax at the studio within the last 90 days book the shorter existing-client appointment, while new clients book a 30-minute appointment that includes education on pre- and post-care.
Most packages finish with an Esthemax HydroJelly mask. The Cutie uses a 24K Gold eye mask, and The Angel adds 24K Gold eye mask patches and exfoliating gloves for post-care.
Booking requires a valid debit or credit card kept on file, which must be current and unlocked. Payment is taken after the service by debit or credit card, cash, or Zelle; Cash App, Apple Pay and tap are not accepted. Reminders are sent by text and email 48 hours and 24 hours before the appointment, and clients can reschedule at least 24 hours ahead using the link in those messages.
Cancellations carry a $25 fee, or 50% of the service cost when made with 4 hours or less notice, charged to the card on file. A no-show is charged the full cost of the booked services. Clients have a 9-minute grace period to contact the studio before an appointment is treated as a no-show. Clients can reach the studio through their Square client profile, the business email, or Instagram, as there is no phone number. An online waitlist is available for requested times within business hours, with notification when a slot opens.
