Two treatments are trademarked and offered only here. Mile High Makeover is a combination treatment designed to reduce signs of aging, sun damage and some cases of melasma, and it is patent-pending. A consultation is required first to determine candidacy. The treatment typically brings about a week of peeling, redness, swelling and itching, and a dermaplane follow-up included in the price takes place 7 to 10 days later. It is not safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding. After Sex Glow is the second trademarked treatment, combining dermaplaning, a glycolic acid peel and Laser Genesis.

Services are by appointment only, and the online booking portal is the quickest way to schedule. A card is kept on file to hold a reservation, with payment due at the service. Injectable appointments and consultations require a non-refundable $100 deposit that can move to another matching appointment; injectable deposits must go toward injectable services and expire one year after the first appointment date. New clients should arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork, and children cannot attend appointments. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and the no-show fee depends on the service. Cash and major credit cards are accepted, while checks, insurance and HSA payments are not. Cherry financing is available for purchases over $1,000, with terms up to six months.

The business sells medical-grade skincare products and gift cards. It also offers Skin Academy training and a Mile High Skin Club membership at $89 per month with a three-month minimum, limited capacity and a waitlist. Membership credits do not roll over, though each membership includes one skip month.
