The menu runs from classic and light volume through volume, wet set, hybrid, mermaid and anime options, and also covers mega volume and freestyle sets. Removals, lash baths and Korean lash lifts round out the services.

Sets take about one hour and 55 minutes and fills about an hour and a half. Fills are offered within two to three weeks of a set; after that window, the visit is booked as a full set. Fills cover the natural shedding of lashes and the replacement of lashes that have grown out. A deposit is required to book.

The freestyle set is a creative option in which the lash specialist assesses eye and face shape and chooses the style. Colored lashes are possible with this set. Freestyle clients need to be comfortable with photos and videos, which the studio uses for content.

The studio describes its lash specialist as licensed. Hours run Monday through Friday with short breaks between sessions, Saturday morning and early afternoon, and the studio is closed on Sunday. Clients can reach the studio by phone or email.

Sets are tailored to each client's eye shape and preference rather than offered as one standard look.
