The menu covers enhancements in four materials: acrylic, Gel-x, hard gel and polygel. Full sets come with fill-ins and maintenance visits, which are usually booked two to four weeks after the previous appointment. Gel-x full sets use the Apres system with pre-shaped tips, and any shape you want is included. Hard gel can be done as an overlay or as an extension on the natural nail. The salon describes hard gel as a strong choice for nail growth and a natural look.
Beyond enhancements, the salon offers a manicure that includes a thorough clean-up and one solid gel or regular polish color, and a waterless pedicure that includes dry cleaning of the toenails and sole of the foot, with regular or clear polish and an optional foot rub. Gel polish or nail design can be added to a pedicure for an extra charge. A short steamed sugar scrub with a lotion hand massage is also available as an add-on. Soak-off or enhancement removal is offered after three to four fill-ins or alongside a new set. Length or shape changes can be added to any appointment.
Nail art is priced by level, so the cost depends on the design. The levels run from solid colors with dots and lines, through basic designs such as solid French and simple flowers, to detailed hand-painted and layered work, and finally custom complex art with freestyle or 3D designs, ombre, aura and bling French. Clients are asked to review the levels listed for each service before booking. Nail repair includes a new nail or a design fix and is guaranteed for one week; a fee applies after that.
Visit policies are set out clearly. Clients should arrive on time, since a late fee applies after 10 minutes and an appointment can be cancelled if a client is 15 minutes late without contacting the salon. Changes should ideally be made 48 hours ahead through the booking page, by text or by phone. Cancelling with less than 24 to 48 hours notice, or not cancelling at all, can result in a charge to the card on file. First-time clients should arrive without nail enhancements or book a soak-off with their service. The salon does not work over other people's nail work. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
