The suite space is shared with other tenants, so clients should expect a shared office setting rather than a standalone salon.

The studio focuses on locs and natural hair. Services include Micro Loc, SisterLocks, traditional and freeform locs, natural hair services, twist extensions, and weave and crochet installs. For weave and crochet work, the client supplies the hair.

Booking requires a $30 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the service total. Deposits can be moved to another service or client, but they become void 30 days after the booked date, and refunds are decided by the owner. Final payment can be made in cash or by credit card.

Appointments outside regular hours carry a $25 after-hours slot fee, added once the appointment is scheduled. Clients who pay in advance add the same $25 fee to their payment.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice are billed 50% of the booked service. Unpaid cancellation invoices can lead to future services being refused.

Children and spouses are not allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. Clients who feel sick should reschedule online or by text at least 24 hours before their appointment. Hair should be freshly cleaned before the visit, and the studio may refuse an appointment when policy terms are not followed.
