Every visit starts with a choice of what to book. A Skin Consultation is free and takes about 30 minutes, and includes a skin analysis and a home care plan. Balance + Glow packages are shaped after that consultation, run 2 to 3 hours and are priced by consultation. Chemical peels are also adjusted with each client to the results they want.

The spa lists a gentle gel peel for hyperpigmentation, acne, scarring and fine lines, and a layered Linder Health peel that stays on for at least six hours, with a series of four or six suggested. Longer options include the Revitalizing Series, a set of four treatments over four to eight weeks, and Spa Packages of 2.5 or 3 hours that let clients pick a facial and a massage. Shorter express services include a 30-minute microdermabrasion and a hand treatment.

Appointments are booked by phone, email or online. Hours are Monday 10am to 6pm, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm, and the spa is closed Wednesday and Sunday.

The spa blends therapeutic massage, lymphatic work and holistic modalities, and tailors treatments after a consultation and skin analysis.
