The menu runs from classic facials to a Hydrafacial range. Express Hydrafacial takes 30 minutes at $199, Deluxe takes 60 minutes at $250 and adds a personalized booster serum and LED light therapy, and Platinum takes 70 minutes at $299 and includes lymphatic drainage, dermaplaning, a gentle chemical peel, extractions, super serums and LED. HydraGlacial, at 60 minutes and $315, combines dermaplaning, the Hydrafacial vortex and a 10-minute Glacial Glide cooling therapy. Enhancements can be added, including Eye Perk and Lip Perk at $50 each, each with a one-month supply of serum for home use, and a neck and chest add-on at $99.

Acne care is a major focus. Acne Bootcamp combines a custom Face Reality skincare regimen with treatments every two weeks or monthly, and it begins with a new-client consultation and treatment (80 minutes, $170) or a 45-minute virtual consultation by Zoom or FaceTime at $40. Clients should expect to spend about $200 on the initial recommended regimen. The business describes the program as having a 90% success rate in clearing acne within three to six months.
