The salon moved to its current Van Aken District location at 3448 Tuttle Road in September 2018. The salon describes itself as one of Cleveland's most sought-after destinations for hair artistry.

The space has an industrial chic look, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Guests can order coffee drinks, tea, wine or mimosas at a small bar, sometimes with a charcuterie board, and chocolates are available throughout the salon.

Services fall into three groups. Colour covers full colour, highlights, balayage, glosses, root touch-ups and colour correction, with custom colour and colour correction priced by the hour. Cut and styling covers women's, men's and children's haircuts, blowouts and special occasion styling. Additional services include Kérastase and L'Oréal Professionnel treatments, smoothing treatments, extensions and eyebrow tint. Consultations are offered to talk through hair goals and advise on services before booking. Starting prices and typical durations are listed per service, from about 15 minutes for brow tint to about three hours for balayage.

Appointments can be booked by phone, text or email, and a credit card number is required to reserve. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the service fee, same-day cancellations the full fee, and no-shows the full scheduled amount. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as same-day cancellations. Service adjustments are complimentary if requested within one week of the appointment. Refunds are not offered on hair services, and unopened products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Children, pets and extra guests are not permitted at appointments. Blow-dries are booked separately from colour, though a reduced-rate simple finish can be added at the end of a colour service. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted, and gratuities are cash only.
