Services are by appointment only. The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 12 PM to 4 PM, and is closed Wednesday through Saturday. Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours of the appointment are charged the full cost of the service.

Bridal bookings begin with a consultation, which can be by phone or in person. The phone consultation is free and runs 30 minutes. Bridal hair and makeup retainers take a 50% deposit to hold the date, and that deposit is nonrefundable. Up styles and event styles require a 50% retainer and a signed contract before booking.

The color menu runs from full color and root retouch, through glossing or root metal, partial and full foil, custom and fashion color, highlights with lowlights, and platinum card blonding. Color correction is billed hourly, and extra color bowls are an add-on. Tinsel colors are also available in a range of shades, including pink, silver, red, purple, blue, gold, brown, green, multicolor and clear pink.

Cuts include a longer, fuller haircut with styling for extra-long and thick hair, fringe trims, and deluxe blowouts with hot-tool styling. The salon also offers GK hair smoothening, hair extensions made with Bellami, Davines Naturaltech tailoring treatments, deep conditioning masks and a membership for monthly blowout styles. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
