Andrea does much of the work herself, and the services are geared toward clients with busy lives, including new mothers and career women. Signature treatments are tailored to each client's circumstances and needs, ranging from a 30-minute scalp detox to a 90-minute head spa ritual.

The color menu includes glosses, touch-ups, a plant-based INOA color option, and partial or full foil highlights. A cut can be paired with a K18 treatment in one 90-minute appointment, and blowouts can be booked alone or added to a color visit, with a hot tool available for a small extra fee.

Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged half the reserved service amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount.

The salon says it works with all-natural solutions and products it considers safe and effective, including plant-based options.
