Visits usually begin with a complimentary skin consultation of at least 30 minutes, which looks at skin condition, concerns, lifestyle and goals. A customized plan follows. Facial services range from a 45-minute dermaplaning session with LED light, to a 60-minute back facial with cleansing, exfoliation, steam and a custom mask, to a 75-minute Hydrafacial Signature Glow with a gentle acid peel, extractions, a peptide and antioxidant infusion, a hand treatment and a décolletage massage. Several of these have no downtime. Fire and Ice by iS Clinical includes complimentary dermaplaning and LED therapy.

Microneedling is offered on the face with LED light, and the studio notes it is often planned as a series of three sessions about four weeks apart. The treatment aims to support collagen and improve tone, texture, fine lines and scarring. Face and body areas are both available.

Brow services are priced separately. Brow tinting colors natural brow hairs and is booked on its own, while lamination lifts and smooths them. A combined lamination, tint and mapping visit takes an hour and includes waxing to shape the brows, and clients are asked to stop retinoids, including retinol, Retin-A, tretinoin and adapalene, at least seven days before waxing.

Memberships and packages suit clients who return regularly. Hydrafacial memberships run monthly for six or twelve months and include priority booking and 10% off skincare products. Prepaid packages of five customized facials with LED, or three microneedling sessions with LED, are priced below their individual cost, and credits apply automatically at checkout.

Booking terms: cancellations carry a 30% fee, so clients are asked to notify the studio as early as possible to reschedule. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio also sells skincare products.

Care is planned around each client, starting with a consultation that looks at skin health, concerns and goals. The studio pairs clinical precision with a gentle hand.
