Gel extensions use full-coverage gel enhancements that the salon says can be worn for three to six weeks, and each set includes one no-chip gel polish color in a short length and a light hand massage. A structured gel manicure, also called a Russian manicure, is a dry technique that uses builder in bottle gel for added strength and is said to last four weeks or more. Classic manicures include nail shaping, cuticle grooming, a hand massage and polish. Spa pedicures add cuticle care, nail trimming and shaping, a foot cleanse, a sugar scrub in a choice of scent, foot smoothing, a leg and foot massage and two hot towels. The advanced pedicure uses diamond-infused implements, FDA-approved foams, massage and hot towels, and its price depends on foot condition, so clients send a photo of their feet for an exact quote.

Smaller services include paraffin wax hand or foot treatments, a short hot stone treatment for tense muscles, a wellness hand treatment, nail repair on single nails, top coats and nail art with eleven add-on options. Custom nail art is quoted from a photo. Nail product removal is done gently and followed by a massage. The salon also offers house calls at the client's home, which take about seven hours and start at $600, and hands-on classes for aspiring nail technicians in Gel Extensions 101 and Pedicure 101.

The Nail Club membership is $120 per month and covers a structured manicure or gel fill-in, a wellness hand treatment, a spa pedicure, a hot stone treatment and mint oil and collagen socks. Benefits apply automatically at checkout when members book in store. Booking policies include a full cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead, a 10-minute grace period for lateness, and deposits for new clients on nail product removal, the house call and the hot stone treatment.
