Several of the professionals listed here run their own practices, including a massage spa, a massage business, a nail business and a tattoo business under the Ink by Lish name.
Salt room sessions are 45 minutes in a room that holds up to 8 people, and clients may share the room with others. Groups can rent the whole room, and tiny tots sessions welcome children ages 0 to 9 free with an adult, with digger and sandbox toys for young children. Massage in the salt room and couples massage there need extra prep time and are booked by phone. Reception sells white socks for clients who forget to bring their own.
The studio lists benefits it associates with dry salt therapy as improved breathing, skin health, stress reduction, immune support, improved sleep and athlete recovery. Infrared sauna sessions are not recommended for people with heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, or who are pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Bookings are made through the studio's GlossGenius booking page. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 2 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
