Each visit begins with a talk about what the client has in mind before any work starts. The salon describes its appointments as unhurried and its services as done with excellence and integrity.

Hair services cover cuts for women, girls, men and boys, color and root work, highlights including balayage, treatments such as keratin smoothing and perms, styling, and hair extensions. Signature packages pair a main service with a finishing treatment at a set price, including the Dimension Refresh at $155, the Signature Balayage at $220 and the Smooth & Shine Keratin at $210.

Bridal clients can book a formal style trial with a full consultation for $55, or a bridal style for $85 that includes accessory and veil placement. Styling for extensions is an extra charge. Nail, waxing and spray tan services round out the menu, and spray tans are hand-applied.

The Beautique, the attached women's boutique, sells curated women's fashion in a range of sizes, with new arrivals each season in store and online. Clients can also book personal styling: they complete a style survey and stylists choose boutique pieces for them. The owner teaches small-group evening makeup classes and private one-on-one lessons. Gift cards are available. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments carry service fees. Returns and exchanges are store credit only within 14 days, and discounted and holiday items are final sale.
