The haircut menu covers men's cuts and fades, beard trims and head shaves. A bald fade is a skin fade done with a double zero or electric shaver, with a hair wash included. Head shaves are offered with an electric shaver or as a hot towel shave with shave oil, cream and a safety razor. Boys 12 and under have their own cut, and teens aged 13 to 17 have a separate young men's cut. Women can book a cut, a cut with blow dry, a thermal press using a flat iron or blow dry, or a transformational cut for long hair being shortened.

The Ultimate Haircut Service is the longest appointment, with a tailored cut, shampoo, scalp massage, warm steam towel and a back massage using an automatic massager. The Men's Haircut and Spa Service adds a hydrating facemask, a paraffin hand wax, a hot towel and an arm and hand massage to a haircut and style.

Facials and waxing are offered as add-ons or on their own. The men's hot towel facial cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin, and a back massage can be added for an extra $10. Waxing is available for ears, nose and brow maintenance.

Booking requires deposits on several services. Cancellations are charged 50% of the service price. A $15 late fee applies when a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, and an appointment is cancelled after 15 minutes, with half the remaining balance due. Repeated lateness can cost a client future booking privileges. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
